Day 01
Arrival in Thessaloniki and transfer to hotel.
Day 02
After the breakfast. Guided tour of the town & Archaeological museum of Thessaloniki. Lunch in local restaurant. Continue visit the vineyards and wine cellars of Porto Carras. Overnight in Thessaloniki hotel.
Day 03
Pick up from hotel lobby. Drive to Katerini, visit nearest village to search & collect “Truffle” (wild mushroom) with specialized dogs, discuss meeting with the plantation owner. After collecting the “Truffle” return to the traditional house in “Elatohori” for cooking & eating the truffle. Overnight in Traditional houses with fireplace- Elatohori. **Amazing & unique experience**
Day 04
Pick up from hotel. Visit by coach or walking (client’s choice) to “Nikola & Sotiri falls”. Lunch around the area. in “typical greek“ tavern, rest of day for ski, spa or leisure time. Overnight in Traditional houses - Elatohori.

After breakfast, departure for a guided coach tour to Vergina-Pella. Lunch at local restaurant. Return to hotel at afternoon. Overnight in Traditional houses - Elatohori

Full day excursion south of Heraklion. Visit a cooperative union olive oil & wine production. Cheese-producing unit at Anogeia. Visit the archaeological sites of Festos and Gortys. Overnight in Heraklion.
Day 03
Morning departure from Heraklion. Visit “Lasinthos” Eco park. Wood workshop, Cheese & Honey production, Lunch with traditional Cretan products. Afternoon excursion to the Minoan Palace of Mallia. Overnight in Heraklion.
Day 04
Herakleion-Chania. Visit en route off-season vegetable producing greenhouses near Rethymnon. Afternoon free in Chania. Overnight.
Day 05
Agricultural visits near Chania : - Vineyards (wine and table grapes) and a cooperative winery. - Citrus fruit orchards and a canning plant. - Olive orchards and an olive-oil processing unit. Overnight in Chania.
Day 06
Morning departure to Athens. Half-day guided tour of Athens, visiting the Acropolis/ New museum Farewell dinner in Plaka area. Overnight in Athens
